SAP HCM & Successfactors LMS Consultant

  • Assure the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needs
  • Perform all aspects of LMS administration which may include:
  • Create/publish/archive courses, add/delete accounts, set/adjust/maintain system parameters, add/delete resources, etc.
  • Support the design and development of custom reports for clients
  • Escalate technical bugs and other system issues from identification through resolution
  • Establish/maintain links to other online systems as requested by client
  • Update database with current employee data
  • Maintain the integrity of employee records
  • Understand and articulate system requirements and constraints
  • Support LMS standards, policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Periodically audit system data to ensure employee and data accuracy
  • Provide customer service and technical/functional assistance to the help desk and end users
  • Recommend and support improvement solutions relative to the needs of the LMS
  • At least one end to end implementation of Successfactors LMS Module
  • Gather and analyze the clients business requirements and objectives
  • Configure/design Successfactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices
  • Assist with preparation of training materials as well as teaching customers how to utilize Successfactors
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM is an added advantage
