Add Goals from Goal Libraries to Performance Management and 360 Reviews Forms:

NEW RELEASE IN PMGM: With the latest Goal Management enabled, users can now add performance goals from a predefined goal library to a Performance Management or 360 Reviews form.

In the Add Goal dropdown menu on the form, there’s now an option called Create from Library. Users can select this option to open a popover dialog where they can select and edit goals as desired and add them to the form. Here are two screenshots of this feature:

• We also modified some texts in the Add Goal dropdown menu so they’re aligned with those in the latest Goal Management.
• SAP developed this feature to provide a more consistent user experience across SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.

Configuration Requirements: New Release In PMGM

1. The latest Goal Management is enabled.
2. A goal plan that has a related goal library is linked to the form.
3. Goal library files configured in the languages of users are imported.
4. Users are granted the creation permission for goals in the goal plan template.
5. Users are granted the write permission for goal fields in the goal plan template.
6. (For Performance Management only) Allow users to add/remove Goals within the section selected for the form template.

Role-Based Permission Prerequisites:

Users have the User <> Goals <> Goal Plan Permissions <> permission.
