Update to the expiration duration of reset password link

• Compared with 1H 2022 and 2H 2022 the Update to the Expiration Duration of Reset Password Link changes has taken place in Recruiting.
• Link expiration duration for the Set Welcome Password and Reset Password link expiration (in days) option is now set to 1 day by default.
• The Set Welcome Password and Reset Password link expiration (in days) options are now disabled for editing. This option is available on the Manage External Password Policy page in Admin Center.

Update to the expiration duration of reset password link

• Compared with 1H 2022 and 2H 2022 the Update to the Expiration Duration of Reset Password Link changes has taken place in Recruiting.
• Link expiration duration for the Set Welcome Password and Reset Password link expiration (in days) option is now set to 1 day by default.
• The Set Welcome Password and Reset Password link expiration (in days) options are now disabled for editing. This option is available on the Manage External Password Policy page in Admin Center.

Candidate rating icons in interview central are updated

• Compared with 1H 2022 and 2H 2022 the Candidate Rating Icons in Interview Central Are Updated in Recruiting.
• SAP replaced the thumbs up and thumbs down icons that are used to rate candidates in Interview Central. Now we can see new icons to rate candidates with Recommended and Not Recommended as the default text.

• SAP replaced the thumbs up and thumbs down icons that are used to rate candidates in Interview Central. Now we can see new icons to rate candidates with Recommended and Not Recommended as the default text.

Ability to schedule recruiting interviews that cross midnight in the recruiter’s time zone

• Compared to 1H 2022, the Recruiters can schedule Recruiting Interviews post Midnight in the Recruiter’s Time Zone in Recruiting

• Recruiters can now schedule interviews post midnight in their own time zone.
• This allows them to schedule a time that is good for the time zone of the interview participants.

Replacement of DocuSign authentication method for Recruiting Integrations

• DocuSign Authentication Method:
• The existing settings that enable electronic signature functionality in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting offer letters are being replaced with new fields due to DocuSign changing its authentication method from basic to OAuth 2.0. Recruiting customers using basic authentication for DocuSign need to update their configuration settings by March 31, 2023.
• SAP replacing the eSignature configuration fields for offer letters in Manage Recruiting Settings. You need to configure the new DocuSign eSignature section if you want Offer Letter with eSignature functionality to continue in your SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting account after March 31, 2023, when DocuSign updates its authentication system.
• For SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting administrators, the change involves configuring the DocuSign eSignature section to provide DocuSign user ID and API account ID information, as well as agreeing to grant SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting permission to access DocuSign on behalf of their account.
• For SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting users, the change involves a one-time process of granting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting permission to access DocuSign on behalf of their account.

Replacement of DocuSign authentication method for Recruiting Integrations

• DocuSign Authentication Method:
• The progression of the deprecation is as follows, leading up to March 31, 2023, when the legacy eSignature fields are no longer supported:
• 1H 2022: Manage Recruiting Settings  Offer Letter displays a Legacy eSignature Fields section that shows that your SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting account has an existing integration with DocuSign. You’re strongly advised to perform your one-time migration by completing the new DocuSign eSignature section before March 31, 2023. Until this date, you still have access to and can change the values in the Legacy eSignature Fields section.
• The new DocuSign eSignature section appears in Manage Recruiting Settings  Offer Letter on May 30, 2022 for Data Center 8 (DC8), and June 13, 2022 for all remaining data centers.
• 2H 2022: Offer Letter with eSignature functionality stops working after March 31, 2023 if the DocuSign eSignature section is not configured.
