Corporate Structure Overview

- Depending on User’s Role Based Permissions now we can add
Child-entity in Company Structure Overview via Side Panel Menu.

- Add entity in Company Structure Overview.
Prerequisites :
In “ Company Structure Overview” there is a new permission setting ‘create entity from Company Structure Overview’
Position Management

- It is now being validated (via Admin Center/ Check Tool/ Position Management) in the check of Pos2jobinfo Sync rules, Whether the company filter is used. (Company Filter is set in position management settings, tab ‘UI Customizing’, Use company Filter for Positions in
MSS Job Information and history) If so, the company must not be part of the Pos2JobInfo sync rule and a corresponding message is displayed.
Why it is ?
By providing these checks we supporting consultants in correct configuration.
Position Management

- Globally hide the option to ‘Deactivate Position’ in the
Termination screen. This is possible via new position management setting in the tab ‘UI Customizing’ that is called show ‘Deactivate Position’ option in Employee
Termination Screen.
Why it is ?

- Some customers don’t want to enable their users to deactivate a position when terminated an employee.
Workflow
Option to customize workflow notifications for the main workflow actions for the different recipients :

- Define for each workflow step, action and recipient the templates, which should be used to send out emails.

- Define for each workflow step, action and recipient, if an email notification should be send or not.

- Have more flexible to define the notification texts – empower customers to add more content to the mail notifications.
Why it is ?
Customers now have the option to send out tailored and meaningful mails, and only when needed.
Mapping Fields using Document Generation – Custom Workflow Notification
* Using Manage Document Template Mapping node, we can map the placeholders.
Define workflow email Configuration – Custom workflow notification
Add the customized notification to particular workflow action.
Assign Workflow Configuration – Custom Workflow Notification
Using Manage Organization Pay and job Structure, configure the Workflow.
Show and search by code for Organizational Filters in my workflow requests

- For all Organizational filters shown on the My workflow Requests page, next to the name of a value, you see the code of that value in parentheses. No extra configuration or permissions are required.
Why it is ?

- Hr admin are used to working with these codes instead of names. Now it is enabled them to efficiently search workflows not only by name of the organizational object, but also by code
Time Sheet Process enhancement : “send back” of amended time sheets

- When time sheets have been amended after an approval took place and this amendments are rejects the time sheet has been set back to status of the approved version. All amendments done by the employee were gone. He had to re-enter them. For this a new approval status is introduced : “ rejected”
Why it is ?
Usability issue. If in an approved time sheet 5 records have been amended and this amendment has been rejected cause only 1 record was not accepted, the employee has to re-enter all other 4 records again and re-submit.
Time Collector Overview User Interface

- Time Administrator can inform themselves on the current value of employees time Collectors.
Time configuration Search
Many configuration objects are directly or indirectly assigned to employees. This new configuration search allows to search for dedicated time configuration object s like type, time account, time profile, time recording profile etc., and provides for example a list of employees who have a specific work schedule or time type assigned.
Why it is ?
Time Configuration is complex. Time Configuration search facilities implementation and test analysis provides more possibilities to keep an overview on all time configuration.
EC Document Generation and localization
* Now it is available New country version Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Luxembourg.
Why it is ?
This is a baseline country version and to maintain country specific employee data (e.g. National ID, Personal Information, Home Address and corporate Address, Personal Documents Types, Disability Information, job Information.
