Attachment Import API – Universal
What is it:
- Now a new API to allow import of documents to attach to Onboarding panel. All documents supported in RCM can be imported with the exception of HTML documents.
- Specific customers requests have been made to pass documents from RCM to Onboarding for background check partners. Onboarding has existing capability to import documents to document center but there was no capability to import documents to be to be attached to panels to be used in onboarding process.
Prerequisites :
- Attachment panel must be created in panel designer.
Attachment Import API
Full Mobile Paperwork on Android Devices – Universal
What is it :
Previously, the full mobile paperwork experience was available only on iOS devices. New hires can now complete their paperwork on Android devices as well.
Prerequisites:
- Android version 4.1 or higher
- Default browser or Google Chrome
- SAP Signature Management by DocuSign with Remote Signing enabled.
Goal Integration Scheduled Job – Provisional Opt-In
What is it :
New Job available to re-execute the goal integration to pass set-up in New Hire Activities to Goal Management. The job can be scheduled daily until the goals are successfully passed to Goal Management when RBP permission is assigned to new employee.
Prerequisites:
- MDF based New Hire Activities must be turned-on.
- Goal Set-up New Hire Activity must be turned-on.
- Goal Management must be turned-on.
New Hire Activity Events and APIs – Admin Center
What is it :
Events are generated when the following Activities are completed or updated:
- Furnish Equipment
- Schedule Meetings
- Set-up Meetings
- OData APIs for these activities have been exposed and whitelisted.
New Hire Activities Feature in Onboarding is limited where an activity can be completed but it does not trigger any downstream workflows. By generating events in New Hire Activities and providing access to the data, subscriber systems can trigger actions/workflows to complete the activity.
Prerequisites:
- MDF based New Hire Activities must be turned-on.
- Intelligent Services need to be turned-on.
Offboarding Start Page updates
What is it:
Removing the social security number from the Offboarding manual entry page
Prerequisites:
Offboarding by manual entry. Not a file from Employee Central or any other third party imports.
Export data Dictionary content – Universal
What is it:
Download options for the Data Dictionary.
- Export All fields
- xml and csv format
- Export Namespaces by entities and tags
- xml format
- Data can be changed if needed and easily uploaded back to the data dictionary.
Filter data dictionary content – Universal
What is it:
A way to filter through the numerous pages of data dictionary content.
