With the latest Goal Management enabled, users can now use a new dialog when they choose to add goals from the linked goal plan to Performance Management forms.
We built this enhancement to provide a more consistent and simplified user experience across SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
Configuration Requirements
The latest Goal Management is enabled.
- The latest Goal Management is enabled.
- The option for adding goals from the linked goal plan is enabled.
In the current version, when users choose Add Goal Add from Goal Plan on a form, a dialog pops up for them to select goals, including
personal goals and assigned team goals, from their goal plan and add the goals to the form.
In the previous version, when users chose Add Goal From ‘s Goal Plan on a form, a new page opened to select personal goals from their
goal plan and add them to the form.
