After instance refresh, all the Enhancements to Onboarding & Offboarding and Internal Hire to-do tasks are marked as completed in the target tenant.
Post refresh, the Onboarding Dashboard (New) displays all the Onboarding New Hire records that are copied from the source instance to the target instance.
As a best practice, it’s recommended that you run the Onboarding Process Closure Job to remove all the Onboarding processes that are copied from the source instance. To reuse the Onboarding processes that are copied from the source instance to the target instance, it’s recommended that you restart or cancel the Onboarding process from the Onboarding Dashboard (New) by choosing Restart.
This enhancement improves the user experience by ensuring that there are no pending to-do tasks on the Onboarding Dashboard (New).
How it Looks Now:
In the current version, post refresh, all the Onboarding, Offboarding, and Internal Hire to-do tasks are marked as completed.
How it Looked Before:
In the previous version, you could see the To-Do tasks for Onboarding, Offboarding, and Internal Hire in the target instance.
