Recruiters can now generate an enhanced job description using generative AI capabilities.
Note: This feature will be available in both Preview and Production environments on November 17, 2023.
You can configure the Recruiting Fields for AI Enhanced Job Description Metadata Framework object to use specific job requisition fields as a reference source for AI to generate an enhanced job description. This object includes a default list of standard fields that can be updated.
After you enhance the job description using AI, the current and generated descriptions appear alongside each other making it easier to compare. The recruiter can accept or discard the generated job description after review and generate the job description again after updating the information in the job requisition fields.
The feature improves the recruiter and hiring manager experience by using generative AI to enhance job descriptions.
Configuration Requirements :
- Ensure that Enable AI-Assisted HXM Content Generator option is enabled in Provisioning. This option is available only if you have purchased the SAP AI Units license. For more information about the SAP AI Units license, please contact your Account Executive.
- You’ve configured the job requisition fields required for generating job descriptions in the Recruiting Fields for the AI Enhanced Job Description Metadata Framework object in the Manage Data page.
- You’ve selected the Enable AI-Assisted Job Description Enhancement option in the Job Requisition section in the Admin Center Manage Recruiting Settings page.
How It Looks Now
When Job Profile Builder isn’t enabled, the Enhance using AI option is available on the Job Requisition Details page.
When Job Profile Builder is enabled, the Enhance using AI option is available in the Job Profile tab under Job Requisitions.
