User may filter by route map step in Executive Review User

- What is it?
Planners can now filter entries on Executive Review by Route map step and evaluate only recommendations that are ready for approval.

- Why is it important?
This feature allows planners to work on only the entries that have been submitted to a
particular step and exclude those which are still in the manager’s inbox.
Admin can control alignment of columns

- What is it?
Admins can now control the alignment of columns in the Column Designer.

- Why is it important?
Admins get more control on look and feel of the worksheet and control the whitespace better.
Important -Exceptions to the alignment setting
Below fields are out of this alignment enhancement, no alignment configuration at template level as well

- Flags, Comp Ratio, Range Penetration
- Salary Tab-> Add fields that display on the right side of the form

- Values in drop down value is not supported by right/left/center alignment

Planner mode budgeting/Budget Assignment for EC plan templates

- What is it?
Planner mode budgeting aka Budget Assignment is now available for EC.

- Why is it important?
This mode allows managers to decide the budget for his/her direct reports, and get a visual view of how the allocations are being done.

Important information about Budget Assignment with EC:
- A job must be run to calculate the basis, prior to propagating budgets
- Hybrid templates not supported
Mass Action in Executive Review
What is it?
Compensation users with Mass Action permissions can now filter select users and run a prorated mass change on Merit/Lumpsum/Adjustment etc. for multiple users
Why is it important?
Allows planners and administrators a way to better utilize their budgets and make changes to a group of users without having to enter values for each one.

Reward and Recognition -Create a program without budgets
What is it?
Having a pre-defined budget is no longer mandatory for creating a program.
Why is it important?
Many off-cycle rewards or recognition programs may not have a pre-defined budget associated but need to track the overall amount spent.
Customers can now use the system more flexibly.
RNR -Right to Left languages are supported
Support for languages that read from Right to Left.
Rating source and Bonus Formula validations when forms are launched
What is it?
Additional validations have been added that prevent bonus calculation related configuration changes
once the forms have been launched. To make changes you can delete forms and re launch. Validations include no of business goals sections, bonus calculation formula, basis calculation, rating source etc.
Why is it important?
To avoid any unforeseen issues with the live forms resulting from changes in bonus calculation.
Personal compensation statements respect the number format of recipient

- What is it?
Compensation statements previously used US number format for amounts and percentages -1,000.00 and 99.99% for all users; now the number format of the recipient is used e.g. for European users the numbers would show as 1.000,00 and 99,99%.

- Different locales follow different number formats and the employees would like to see the numbers in format familiar to them.

What is it?
Cascading budgets page has been reskinned with Fiori styling.
Why is it important?
The Suite now has a consistent user experience.
