    Expand/Collapse worksheet column groups

    What is it?

    Planners can now expand/collapse columns groups with one click, to show/hide all the columns within that group. In the collapsed state, the group will show the first column within the group

    Why is it important?

    There are often a large number of columns On the worksheet. This gives planners more control on what information they want to view at a particular time.

    Floating Panels for Budget, Metrics, Approvals and Instructions

    What is it?

    Panels for budget, instructions etc. on the worksheet and Executive Review open up as floating panels which planners can drag and drop anywhere on the screen.

    Why is it important?

    Gives more room on the worksheet and especially on exec review to view more employees on the UI and free up

    vertical space.

    Mass Actions

    What is it?

    Admin may filter for a group of users in Executive Review and mass increase/decrease the aggregate recommendation amount.

    Why is it important?

    This feature allows customers to skip the export/import process and

    make all changes in the system, increasing accuracy.

    How Mass Action Works

    1. In Executive Review Filter for the users you wish to change
    2. Select the program Enter an increase/decrease Amount
    3. Run a preview report Review changes Commit changes to the database

    Executive Review filters may be enabled/disabled from Admin Tools (Company Settings)

    What is it?

    Succession data model fields enabled for Executive Review filter (Department/ Division/Location plus 15 custom fields) may be enabled/disabled from Admin Tools

    Why is it important?

    Compensation Admins no longer need to display Executive Review filters that are used by other Talent modules but irrelevant in Compensation

    Admin tools are available for compensation publishing

    What is it?

    Effective date and event reason may be set in the UI, at the field level. Field mapping may be viewed in the UI. EC settings now have their own Admin Tool tab

    Why is it important?

    Customers many now use Admin tools to set fields values which change regularly

    Admin can hide the Salary Positioning section of the Compensation Profile

    What is it?

    Admin can hide the salary positioning section in Compensation Profile from

    Action for all Plans > Company Setting

        • Hide Salary Positioning section on Compensation Profile”.

      Why is it important?

      Some customers do not want to display position in range. With this feature, the salary positioning section can be hidden with one click.

      Admin can set compensation number formats for compensation plans in Admin Tools

      What is it?

      You can now set the Compensation number format rules from Admin Tools.

      Why is it important?

      Admins no need to log a ticket in order to change a number format.

      Customers want to make the budget row labels more meaningful for planners;

      RNR – Character limitation on Award Amount Field

      What is it?

      The limitation of 6 numerals for the award amount has been taken out

      now, now you can enter any number

      of numerals. If the no. of characters is more than 12, it would get wrapped to the next line.

      Why is it important?

      For certain currencies such as South Korean Won, 6 character limitation is too low
