SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Integration with Talent Intelligence Hub
What is the use of Talent Intelligence Hub in Recruiting?
As part of this integration, you can fetch competencies and skills from Talent Intelligence Hub and add them to the job requisitions. Additionally, on instances integrated with Job Profile Builder, it’s now possible to add skills to a job requisition without using a job profile and directly from the Talent Intelligence Hub.
The integration enables you to access attributes in Recruiting through a centralized framework.
You can integrate SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting with Talent Intelligence Hub to use the attributes, such as competencies and skills, defined in Talent Intelligence Hub.
Configuration Requirements of Talent Intelligence Hub
- Migrate to the Talent Intelligence Hub from the Admin Center -🡪 Upgrade Center to start using competencies and skills in Recruiting.
Note :
- Talent Intelligence Hub is in the early adoption phase and is available only for customers who have enabled Job Description Manager or Job Profile Builder.
- If you’re using Job Description Manager, you can upgrade to Talent Intelligence Hub using Admin Center -🡪 Upgrade Center.
- If you’re using Job Profile Builder, you can upgrade to Talent Intelligence Hub using Admin Center -🡪 Upgrade Center.
- To add skills on a job requisition without using a profile, configure a custom field of attribute type SKILL on the job requisition XML template.
Note :
You can add a field for skills in the job requisition XML template only when:
- You’ve enabled Talent Intelligence Hub.
- The instance is integrated with Job Profile Builder.
- The Use Job Profiles in Requisitions option is enabled in Admin Center, Manage Recruiting Settings.
What’s Changed
How it Looks Now:
In the current version, the existing Edit button on the Job Profile page is replaced with Format and Add buttons for the Skills and Competency sections.
The Format option enables you to format the title and content.
The Add button lets you add competencies and skills from Talent Intelligence Hub.
Removing competencies or skills is an inline action for job requisition created using a profile.
How it Looks Now:
In the current version, the Library and Category columns are removed from the Competency section when the job requisition is created without using a profile.
How it Looked Before:
In the previous version, you could add attributes and format the title and content of the skill using the Edit option.
